
Matt Harmon
After graduating from Purdue University with a Mechanical Engineering Degree, Matt moved back to hometown Columbus, IN where he started working for Faurecia. He began his career working on the 2013 Cummins Emissions Program where he facilitated prototype builds and manufacturing. A year later Matt relocated to West Lafayette, IN and began working for TRU-FLEX, LLC as a Design/Test/R&D Engineer. Matt used his skills as an engineer to build rapport with customers and eventually moved into a Sales Engineer Role. This opened him to much more customer interaction including the entire sales process from prospecting to full production ready programs. Matt and his team were able to grow business with strategic customers even through some challenging years. In his most recent role, Matt was Sales and Application Engineering Director for TRU-FLEX. Matt’s technical background coupled with a successful history of direct customer engagement during arguably one of the more challenging business cycles in recent memory make him well suited to service OEM accounts.
